Age Verification
All consumable and hemp-derived THC products are intended for adults 21+. By accessing our site, browsing, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase these products in your state. By placing an order, you certify this information is true.
Compliance
Our flower and gummies are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3 percent THC by dry weight. Products are produced in small batches, heat sealed for freshness, and shipped discreetly.
We cannot ship consumables to Washington, Idaho, Kansas, Iowa, or South Dakota.
Shipping
Free shipping is offered on domestic orders over 100 dollars. Shipping rates vary depending on location.
Flower and accessories ship separately and may arrive in different packages, even if ordered together.
Orders are fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary based on the carrier. During Hannukah and other peak seasons, expect potential delays.
We offer expedited shipping on select orders. Expedited delivery is not guaranteed by carriers. We may control the weather (jokes) but we have no control over UPS and FedEx.
Accessories ship from our Denver warehouse. Consumables currently ship from Florida but will transition to Denver soon.
Order Issues
We highly recommend adding Corso Package Protection at checkout. Without Corso coverage, we can only assist with manufacturer defects or damaged products. Lost or stolen packages cannot be replaced without Corso protection.
For damaged or incorrect items, email photos of the product and shipping label and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Shipping labels are created automatically using the address you enter. Please verify your address before checkout. If you reach out during business hours before processing begins, we may be able to help correct it. Orders placed during off-hours may auto-ship and cannot be changed.
If a package is returned to us for an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds and returns are offered only for manufacturer issues. Still, we pride ourselves on being fair. If you have an issue, reach out and we will do our best to help.
