KOSHER

What kosher certification does your edible gummy have?

All of our gummies are WKS certified kosher under the strict supervision of Rabbi Yaakov Cohen and Whole Kosher Services.Β 

Our Chocolate gelt is not certified but is made from OU certified chocolate and brand new coin molds. The facility also produces non-kosher chocolates and uses shared equipment, which is washed between uses.

A Kosher certification is the process that identifies food products fit for consumption by observant Jews.Β 

This means that all the ingredients and the food manufacturing process need to meet strict kashrut standards.Β 

Food production, whether artisanal (like ours) or industrial, needs to be supervised by an experienced Rabbi in order to be certified.Β 

All the ingredients in our gummies are sourced ethically, naturally and of premium quality from the organic fruit puree to the 100% hemp derived, non converted, non synthetic, TeeHC.

How can I verify the kosher certification for these gummies?
Is the production facility under rabbinical supervision?

Our gummies and the facility they are produced in are certified kosher by Rabbi Yaakov Cohen and Whole Kosher Services (WKS). Our chocolate coins are not (yet) made in a facility under rabbinical supervision, but they are produced with OU certified chocolate and in brand new chocolate coin molds.

How often is the kosher certification reviewed or renewed?

Our Kosher Certification is renewed annually and is currently valid until December 18, 2025.

Does the kosher certification apply to all flavors and varieties of your gummies?

Yes. All gummy flavors are Kosher. The chocolate gelt isΒ notΒ Kosher certified.

How is this lΔ“gΓ’l?

Absolutely, 100%! Our products feature naturally occurring cannabinoids extracted from h3mp, with TeeHCee levels below 0.3%, making them compliant with federal regulations.

We ensure legal adherence by rigorously testing and overseeing all production processes. Additionally, we stay up-to-date with the evolving hΔ“mp regulations to maintain compliance.

Do your hemp-based products contain THC?

Yes, our products contain THC extracted from hemp plants, which is why they are permitted under the federally passed Farm Bill. Most of our products contain 10MG of THC per gummy but our watermelon contains 20MG per gummy and new products will release with varying percentages so please refer to the product page description and packaging.

What is the THC content in your products?

You can find detailed information and test results on each product page.

How is THC regulated in your products to comply with legal standards?

We conduct thorough testing to ensure our products meet legal requirements for THC. You can review each product’s certificate of analysis (COA) on its page.

How much should I take or puff?
  • Gummies / Edibles: start really low β€” e.g. 5 mg or less, wait 90+ minutes before considering more.
  • Js: start with 2 puffs, wait 15–20 minutes before more.
How long will the effects last?
  • Js (inhalation): about 1 to 2 hours of noticeable high, with a tapering comedown.
  • Gummies / Edibles: generally 4 to 6 (or more) hours, depending on dose, metabolism, and tolerance.
Which product is best for specific moods (sleep, chill, focus)?
  • We like to match product to vibe. For example:
    Sleep / Wind-Down: Grapeful Dead gummies (with CBN), or our Indica Jays
  • Chill / Relaxed State: Hybrid Js and the following gummy flavors - mango/peach, passionfruit/guava, Blue Raspberry, Watermelon & Pomegranate. Also our chocolate
Are THC-free options available?

Currently, we don’t offer THC-free products.

Are there potential psychoactive effects from your THC levels?

Yes, THC is psychoactive. We recommend starting with a low dose (2.5 mg) and adjusting based on your comfort level. If you have concerns, please consult a healthcare professional, or contact our team for guidance.

Will consuming your products affect a drug test?

Yes, consuming our products may lead to a positive drug test result for cannabis.

Will my package be discreet?

Yes, your order will arrive in a plain bubble mailer with no branding.

Are discounts or promotions available for bulk orders?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been processed, modifications or cancellations are not technically possible. For assistance, please contact our customer service team atΒ hi@tokinchews.com. We will do our best to assist but reserve the right deny requests for returns or adjustments.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Due to regulations, our merch website (tokinjew.com) and edibles website (tokinchews.com) need to be separate. That means that discount codes for one site can’t apply to the other. Make sure you are using codes that are designated for the site your shopping on. Codes for tokinjew.com will not work on tokinchews.com and vice versa.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Which states do you ship to?

Due to varying state regulations, we currently ship to all states in the US except for: Washington, Idaho, Kansas, Iowa, and South Dakota. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We do not ship internationally.

Our shipping policy is updated regularly to comply with state-specific guidelines. If any changes allow us to resume shipping to these states, we’ll let you know right away.

What are expected shipping and delivery times?

All orders are processed and shipped out of the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Depending on which shipping option you select, it will take another 1-7 days for the shipment to arrive to your shipping address.

Is a signature required for delivery?

No, a signature is not required for delivery.

What is your return policy for hemp-based products?
